LOUISE PETERS
Louise Peters died Nov. 16. She was born Aug. 28, 1919 in Hague, Sask. to Daniel and Helena Giesbrecht. They moved to B.C in 1934. She married Dan Peters in Clearbrook, B.C May 29, 1939. They moved to Foam Lake, Sask. They committed their lives to Christ New Year's Eve 1939 and were baptized the following summer by H.S. Rempel. In 1941 they moved to B.C and in 1963 to San Jose, Calif. She worked as a cook. In 1975 they returned to B.C. She sang in the Jubilee Choir and was on the food committee at Central Heights Church, Abbotsford . Family was always uppermost to her. She particularly enjoyed time with them in Stanley Park or around the dinner table. Dan died in 1982. She enjoyed travelling. She was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1987. She moved into Menno Home in 1995 and into Menno Hospital in 1999.
