&#8212;  Funeral services for Clifford F. Holm, 77, of Southwest Second Street were held Feb. 12 at the Peterson Funeral Home with Rev. Don Bumgarner, pastor of the Salem United Methodist Church, officiating.  Mr. Holm died unexpectedly Feb. 5 at Reedley, Calif. where he and Mrs. Holm were attending the birthday observance of Rev. Dan Friesen.  Mrs. Holm is the former Selma Friesen of Corn, Okla.

&#8212;  Clifford Holm of Newton, whose death was reported in this column last week, was a long-time employee of the Bethel Deaconess Hospital.  He joined the hospital staff as custodian in 1928 and served in the maintenance department for more than 40 years.  He was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church here.
