Alma, Ontario.  &#8212;  Elton Cressman, 47, farmer of rural Alma, was killed when his small compact car collided with a CNR Toronto-Chicago passenger train near Baden on Sunday morning, Dec. 8, as he was on his way to services at the New Hamburg Conservative Mennonite Church.
 
Mr. Cressman, who had farmed here for 20 years, leaves his wife, the former Anna Shantz, and two sons.
 
Funeral services were held Dec. 11 at the Berea Mennonite Church.

Ontario Farmer Dies In Crossing Crash

Alma, Ontario. — Elton Cressman, 47, farmer of rural Alma, was killed when his small compact car collided with a CNR Toronto-Chicago passenger train near Baden on Sunday morning, Dec. 8, as he was on his way to services at the New Hamburg Conservative Mennonite Church.

Mr. Cressman, who had farmed here for 20 years, leaves his wife, the former Anna Shantz, and two sons.

Funeral services were held Dec. 11 at the Berea Mennonite Church.
