•  Mrs. Jacob T. Willems, 61, died Sunday evening at Bethel Deaconess Hospital after a long illness.  She was a member of the First Mennonite Church, where the funeral was conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. by Rev. Arnold Epp.  Mrs. Willems, the former Kathryn Buller, was born at Inman and had lived in Newton since 1926.  Surviving are her husband of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Darrell Zielke of Madison Heights, Mich.; two sons, Rudy of Greeley, Colo. and Richard of Newton; six grandchildren; one sister and two brothers.
