&bull;  Funeral services for John (Sam) Good, 63, were conducted Monday afternoon in the Lorraine Avenue Mennonite church in Wichita.  Mr. Good, owner-operator of the Sam Good Service Station in Wichita, died Oct. 10.  Formerly of Peabody, he moved to Wichita 33 years ago.  He leaves his widow, Lea, a son John and daughter, Mrs. Meredith Mauch, both of Wichita; two brothers and one sister.
