• Funeral services for Mrs. Edmund D. Miller, 85, were held Saturday forenoon at the First Mennonite Church, with Rev. Arnold Epp officiating. Mrs. Miller died Aug. 7 at the home on Southeast Fourth Street. She had been a resident of Newton since 1940, her husband passing away here in 1946. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Schowalter of Newton and Hilda F. Miller of the home; three sons, Arthur E. of New Albany, Ind., Rev. Herbert E. Miller of Newton, and Eldor R., address unknown; one sister, Mrs. E. E. Hubin of Westbrook, Minn.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. | |||
