• Mrs. Maria E. Goossen, 79, widow of Jacob M. Goossen, died Sunday morning at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel. She was a member of the Alexanderwohl Church, where the funeral was conducted Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Aaron Epp officiating. The former Maria Duerksen, Mrs. Goossen was a lifelong resident of the Goessel community. Surviving are a son, Jacob D. of rural Newton, two brothers and one sister. | |||
