Miss Anna V. Lehman, 94, a pioneer resident of the Halstead community, died June 13 at the Bethel Home for Aged here after a long illness. She had resided at the home for about 10 years. The funeral was conducted Saturday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church of Halstead, with Rev. Melvin Schmidt officiating. Miss Lehman formerly was employed at the Farmers Merchants Bank of Halstead and as a clerk in the Halstead post office. She is survived by a brother, Elmer, of Geary, Okla.
