Plane Accident Kills Four
Winnipeg, Man. — William H. Berg, 27, of Fort Simpson, Ont. and four companions were killed when their plane plunged to the earth in the Northwest Territories of Canada on Oct. 1.
Funeral services for Mr. Berg were not held until Oct. 9 as it took considerable time to locate the bodies. The funeral was conducted at Fort Simpson.
Surviving the young man are his wife, the former Elfrieda Wieler, his two-month-old daughter, Christine Louise, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Victor L. Berg of Willowdale, Ont.
