• Funeral services for Lucas Bahr, 75, who died Sunday in Bethesda Hospital at Goessel, were held Wednesday afternoon in the Bethel College Mennonite Church with Rev. Russell Mast, the pastor, officiating.  Mr. Bahr had been a patient at Goessel for 27 days.  He was born May 4, 1892, at Halstead.  On April 21, 1918, he married Stella Berger, who now survives him.  The family had lived on a farm at Burns since 1949.  Also surviving are a son, Virgil L., McPherson; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia McClure, Whitewater, and Mrs. Marjorie Davis, Walton; five grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.
