Henderson Inventor and Industrialist Dies
Henderson, Neb. — David A. Epp, 61, inventor and designer of irrigation gates and owner of Henderson Mfg. Co., died on May 18 at the Henderson Community Hospital following a brief illness. Mrs. Epp was a member of the Bethesda Mennonite Church.
Funeral services were held at the church on Saturday afternoon, May 20, with Rev. Walter Dyck and Rev. Abe Krause officiating.
Surviving Mr. Epp are his wife, Sarah, his mother, Mrs. Peter Plett, two sisters and one brother, Ernest, all of Henderson.
A memorial fund was established for the Bethesda Organ Fund.
