• Word was received here that Mrs. Esther Schrag, of McPherson, wife of Peter Schrag, died Monday at the McPherson County Hospital after a brief illness. The funeral was arranged for Wednesday afternoon at the Hopefield Mennonite Church near Moundridge, with Rev. H. B. Schmidt in charge. Besides her husband, Mrs. Schrag leaves six daughters and three sons, of whom Lois and Harold are of the home, four brothers, three sisters, 23 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. | |||
