&bull;  Funeral services for John J. Schroeder, 86, a lifelong resident of the Goessel community, were held Tuesday forenoon at the Alexanderwohl Church,  with Rev. Aaron Epp in charge.  Mr. Schroeder died Saturday evening at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel.  For about 18 years she [''sic''] resided with a niece and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Schmidt, and in January of this year entered the Bethesda Home.  Survivors include two sisters, six brothers, two step-sisters, and two step-brothers.
