BRUCE WINSTON THIESSEN
Bruce Thiessen of Fort St. John died in an accident on September 30. He was born December 7, 1968 to Bernie and Mary Thiessen in Winnipeg. In 1973 the family moved to Fort St. John, where Bruce began his schooling. He was attending grade six at Ambrose Elementary School. This past summer while attending Bible camp, he accepted Christ as his Saviour. He expressed his joy in the Lord by his cheerfulness and willingness to please others. He leaves to mourn his parents Bernie and Mary Thiessen; one sister, Victoria; maternal grandmother(Mrs.) Katherina Friesen; paternal grandparents Peter B. and Helen Thiessen, and great-grandparents Peter and Helena Redekopp. The funeral was held October 3 in the North Peace MB Church, Fort St. John, with pastor Jacob Thielmann officiating.
