Mt. Lake, Minn. &#8212; Mrs. Marie Enns Basinger, 76, widow of a well-known Mt. Lake physician, died here March 22.  Funeral services were held at the Bethel Mennonite Church, of which she was a member.
 
Mrs. Basinger's husband, Dr. Harvey Basinger, died in 1961.
 
Born in Chicago to John and Wilhelmina Enns, she was brought to the home of Rev. and Mrs. J. J. Balzer in Mt. Lake at the age of three, and was raised by the Balzers.  She attended the local schools, and later the Bush Conservatory of Music in Chicago and Bluffton College in Ohio.
 
Mrs. Basinger resided at the Eventide Home here until suffering a stroke on March 20.

Widow of Mt. Lake Physician Dies

Mt. Lake, Minn. — Mrs. Marie Enns Basinger, 76, widow of a well-known Mt. Lake physician, died here March 22. Funeral services were held at the Bethel Mennonite Church, of which she was a member.

Mrs. Basinger's husband, Dr. Harvey Basinger, died in 1961.
