MARY TYMBURSKI
Mary Tymburski of Lethbridge, Alta. passed away Aug. 19 at Foothills Hospital in Calgary. She was born Aug. 23, 1935 to Frank A. and Helena Wiens in Cochrane, Alta. They moved to Coaldale before she started school. In 1954 she married Peter Tymburski. She and Peter accepted Christ in 1960, and soon after were baptized in Lethbridge Christian and Missionary Church. In 1979 they moved to Lethbridge. Her greatest joy was in caring for Peter and raising their children to serve the Lord. Her greatest strength came from reading the Bible and living a life of prayer. She strongly supported missions. Her quiet, strong faith in Jesus was evident to others. She worked with the Sunny South News in Coaldale, Alta., was the Coaldale correspondent for Lethbridge Herald and then worked in the circulation department of that newspaper until retirement. She is mourned by Peter; children Gloria Dueck of Red Deer, Alta., Diane Starrenburg of Edmonton, William of Coaldale and Calvin of Lethbridge; 12 grandchildren; 4 sisters and 3 brothers. A memorial service was held Aug. 23 at Victory Church in Lethbridge, with Dick Dewert ministering.
