— Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at the First Mennonite church of Pretty Prairie for Joseph Preheim, 79, who passed away at the Bethel Deaconess hospital here Monday afternoon. Mr. Preheim farmed near Castleton most of his life, and had lived at the Bethel home for aged the past year. He was among the pioneer Mennonite immigrants from Russia, having been born on a ship en route to this country Aug. 9, 1874.
