MEXICO FARMER MURDER VICTIM
Cuauhtemoc, Mexico. — At Quellen Colony, one of the northern-most colonies in Chihuahua province, Jacob J. Penner, a farmer at Edental village, was shot to death during a robbery on Feb. 4.
Mrs. Penner was bound, but otherwise escaped unharmed. A son, Jacob, was not at home at the time the bandits entered the home.
Funeral services for Penner were held Feb. 7.
