George H. Warkentine, 85, retired farmer and a resident of the Buhler community for 50 years, died Sunday at Grace Hospital in Hutchinson after a four-year illness. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at the Buhler Mennonite Church, with Rev. Harold Thieszen in charge. Mr. Warkentine is survived by two sons and two daughters and their families. His wife, Anna, died in 1938.
