Rudy Isaak

Rudy Isaak of Clearbrook, B.C. passed away Mar. 23 as a result of a traffic accident Mar. 16. He was born Oct. 25, 1959 to Johann and Liese Isaak in Vancouver. He was a happy child, loved and appreciated by family and friends. At 9 he accepted Jesus at an evangelistic meeting led by the Sutera twins. In his teens he went through many battles and difficult times, but remained open to speak about Jesus. A favourite hymn was "I have decided to follow Jesus". His sisters sang this while he was in a coma and he was able to indicate that he was still true to Jesus. He is remembered for his happy, carefree approach to life. Predeceased by his oldest brother at 9 months in 1954, he is mourned by his parents; sisters Ingrid Janzen, Irene Davison and Marianne Aderman; and brothers John, Hardy, Albert and Robert. The funeral was Mar. 29 in Clearbrook MB Church, with John E. Klassen and Jacob Pauls ministering.
