Archbold, Ohio. — Mrs. Eli Lugbill, 70, widow of one of the founders of Lugbill Bros., Inc. of Archbold, died in University Hospital at Ann Arbor, Mich. on Sept. 6. Lugbill Bros. is one of the large livestock handling firms of the midwest.
