&bull;  Funeral services are to be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Draper Funeral home here for Herman Hiebert, 44, who died June 18 at Sacramento, Calif.  Rev. James Waltner,  pastor of the Tabor Church will officiate and burial will be made in the Tabor Church cemetery.  Mr. Hiebert was a native of the Hillsboro community.  Surviving are his father, Pete Hiebert of Goessel; one brother, Gus of McPherson; and one sister, Mrs. Irvin (Elvina) Schultz of Newton.
