&bull;  Funeral services for Mrs. Albert Nachtigal, 45, of rural Inman were held last Friday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church of Hutchinson, with Rev. Wendell Rempel officiating.  Mrs. Nachtigal, the former Melba Stucky, died unexpectedly Tuesday night, Feb. 23, at Grace Hospital in Hutchinson.  surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter and three sons, all of the home; her mother, Mrs. John E. Stucky of Moundridge, two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Nachtigal was a sister of Mrs. J. R. Frey and daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs Jacob Nachtigal, all of Newton.

<center><h3>MRS. MELBA NACHTIGAL</h3></center>
 
Mrs. Melba F. Nachtigal, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Stucky, was born on Oct. 29, 1919, at Moundridge, Kan.  Her early years and until the time of her marriage were spent in the Moundridge area where she attended the local schools and church.
 
Upon her confession of faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour she was baptized on June 9, 1935, and became a member of the First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge.
 
On Jan. 11, 1947, she was united in holy matrimony to Albert Nachtigal of Halstead.  This marriage was blest with the birth of four children.  The family has resided on a farm seven miles north of Hutchinson.
 
Melba beame a member of the First Mennonite Church of Hutchinson by letter of transfer on April 24, 1949, and since that time has served as an active and faithful member of the church.
 
Although she was under the doctor's care she had not been seriously ill prior to her passing, and death came very suddenly on the evening of Feb. 23, 1965, at about 11:40 p.m. as the result of a pulmonary embolism.
 
She is survived by her husband, Albert and their four children, Michael, David, George and Kathryn, all of the home; her mother, Mrs. John E. Stucky of Moundridge; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Mueller of Halstead and Mrs. J. R. Frey of Newton; a brother, Ransom Stucky of Burrton; and many other relatives and friends.
