•  Philip, Paul and Theodore Regier of Route 3, Newton, went to Newport, Va. last week to attend funeral services for their brother, Arthur A. Regier, who drowned on Labor Day as he and his wife were sailing on Chesapeake Bay.  Funeral services were held at Newport last Thursday.  A former resident of Elbing and a graduate of Kansas State University, Mr. Regier was assistant chief of the National Aeronautic Space Division, Washington, D. C.  Besides the three brothers here, he leaves his widow, two daughters, one son, and a sister in Oregon.
