METAMORA, ILL. FARMER CALLED BY DEATH
Metamora, Ill. — Ralph M. Schertz, well-known farmer here, died April 27 at the Eureka Hospital at the age of 59.
Born on a farm in Metamora Township, he continued to reside at the same home throughout his life. He was a member of the Calvary Mennonite Church in Washington, where the funeral was conducted on April 30.
