Retired Farmer Died in Illinois
Metamora, Ill. — Funeral services were held at the Metamora Mennonite church Sunday afternoon, Nov. 29, for Samuel D. Camp, 75, well known retired farmer and a life-long resident of this community.
He was born on the Camp homestead near here Jan. 6, 1878, and continued to live there with his sister Anna until a few years ago when both entered a Washington nursing home. He died there Nov. 27.
Surviving are one brother, Peter B. Camp of Hesston, Kans., and a number of nephews and nieces.
