Slabach, 30, who was killed when his car collided with a truck.<br /> <br /> His parents and a number of brothers and sisters survive.<br /> <br /> At LaGrange, three-year-old Mary Whetstone, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Whetstone, was crushed under the wheels of a trailer. A horse tied to the trailer became frightened and pulled the trailer over the little girl&#039;s body. Efforts to rush her to a doctor were of no avail, and she was already dead when the family reached the doctor&#039;s office with her.
