	''Paul R. Shelly'', Bluffton, Ohio, was born Mar. 17, 1911, in Pennsburg, Pa., and died June 14. He was professor of Bible and Christian education at Bluffton College since 1944 and a leader in the Christian education program of the General Conference during the last twenty-five years. As a member of the Board of Education and Publication (now the Commission on Education) and the chairman of its editorial committee, he played an important role in the development of Christian education materials and particularly the graded curriculum published in 1959. A graduate of Ursinus College and Hartford Theological Seminary, he received a doctoral degree from Union Theological Seminary in 1950. Previous to his position at Bluffton, he was pastor of a Congregational church at Aberdeen, Wash., and the Mennonite congregation at Fairfield, Pa. He was a member of the Hereford Church, Bally, Pa., and brother of Andrew R. Shelly, Newton, Kan., and Margaret Shelly Weaver, Bluffton.		''Paul R.
