During<br /> revival meetings in June 1930, they both<br /> received Jesus Christ as their Saviour and<br /> Lord. Two months later they were baptized<br /> and joined the Ebenezer Mennonite Brethren<br /> Church in Dalmeny. The couple farmed in the<br /> Dalmeny-Mennon area until 1956, when they<br /> moved into Saskatoon. He did construction<br /> work until he retired in 1968.
