Retired Minister Dies in Virginia
Harrisonburg, Va. — Funeral services for G. Paul Showalter, 79, retired Mennonite minister and farmer, were held May 23 at the Zion Mennonite Church near Broadway.
Rev. Showalter died May 21 at the hospital in Harrisonburg. A native and lifelong resident of the Broadway community, he was ordained to the ministry in 1934.
