• Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Koehn, 87, were held Friday afternoon, Oct. 22, at the Grace Mennonite Church west of Halstead with Min. Kenneth Smith in charge. Mrs. Koehn died Oct. 19 at Mercy Hospital, Moundridge. She was a native of McPherson County and married John C. Koehn there in 1907. He died in 1938. Mrs. Koehn lived at Scott City and Hesston before moving to Halstead in 1956. She entered the Moundridge Manor in July of this year. Surviving are one son, Clarence, of Prairie, Miss.; five daughters, Sadie Becker of Marienthal, Gladys Wenger and Evelyn Dyck, both of Hesston, Hazel Unruh of Versailles, Mo., and Rose Yost of Halstead; one brother, Eli Koehn of Moundridge; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Unruh and Mrs. Albert Unruh, both of Galva; 34 grandchildren and 67 great-grandchildren.
