Heart Attack Fatal To Retired Farmer

Word was received that Fred F. Just, 77, well known retired farmer of Hillsboro, died unexpectedly at his home there Friday morning, Nov. 21, after suffering a heart attack.

A long-time correspondent for the Mennonite Weekly Review, Mr. Just was a native of Major County, Oklahoma where he grew to manhood. He later farmed in the Balko, Okla. community, and since 1935 had lived int he Lehigh and Hillsboro communities in Kansas.

He was a member of the Parkview M. B. Church, where the funeral was conducted Monday forenoon. Rev. J. A. Froese, officiated, assisted by Rev. W. W. Harms.

Mr. Just is survived by his widow, Susie; a son, Harold, of rural Hillsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Andy Harms of Hesston and Mrs. Arthur Harms of Hutchinson; 12 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
