— Funeral services took place at the Moody’s Funeral Home here on Saturday afternoon, March 8 for Mrs. Henry E. Haury of Wichita, a member of the Bethel College congregation. Rev. D. J. Unruh was in charge. Mrs. Haury passed away at the Bethel Deaconess hospital on March 5. Born in Franklin, Iowa, on July 23, 1865, she came to the Moundridge community with her parents at the age of 12. From 1925 to 1943 she and Mr. Haury lived in Newton. She is curvived [sic] by her husband and nine children, one whom, Mrs. Henrietta Sieg, resides here.
