Killed near Browerville on March 19 were Dennis Franz, 42, rural Bingham Lake, and John Hedquist, 44, formerly of Mt. Lake. Injured in the same pickup-semi collision was Greg Harder, 24, son of Don and Carol Harder. Funeral services were held for Franz at the Immanuel Mennonite Church on March 23. A dairy farmer, Franz is survived by his wife, Joann, one son, three daughters, his parents, the Henry Franzes, and two brothers.
