ESTHER DERKSEN, 37
Esther Derksen, wife of Henry Derksen, Borden, Sask., died of a blood clot in Saskatoon on Oct. 26. She was born May 29, 1924, and accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of 15. On Sept. 30, 1945, she married Henry Derksen and 6 children were born to them. For the last several years she was president of the Borden Ladies' Aid Society. She leaves to mourn her husband, five young children, her mother, one sister and one brother. Memorial services were held Oct. 30 in the Borden church.
