HELEN BULLER

Helen Buller was born near Inman, Kansas on August 14, 1899. When a small girl she and her parents moved to Medford, Okla. Here she attended grade school and also a parochial German school where she received her Bible instruction.

Under the ministry of the late John Lichti, she was baptized upon confession of her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour from sin, to which confession she remained true to the day of her death.

In July 1935 Helen and other sisters and brothers left Oklahoma and came to Shafter, Calif., where she and Justina (Jessie) set up housekeeping in their own cottage.

Helen was employed in the elementary school cafeteria for the past 18 years. She enjoyed good health and loved her work of ministering to the many children in serving them the noon lunch. The past few years her health began to fail. The best of medical and surgical help was given her and she made a brave fight to live, but the Creator, the Lord of life and death, deemed it best to relieve her soul from this body of suffering at 3:50 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, 1959.

She leaves to mourn her departure five brothers and three sisters: George Buller of Buhler, Kan., Benjamin Buller of McPherson, Kan., Tina Ratzlaff of Henderson, Nebr. Jacob Buller of Medford, Okla., Justina Buller, Mary (Mrs. John Gaede), Peter and Aaron Buller, all of Shafter, Calif., and a host of friends.
