PAMELA BISGARD

Pamela Bisgard of Abbotsford, B.C. passed away Feb. 15, after a two-year struggle against cancer. She was born Jan. 5, 1950 to Chester and Gloria Norton in Vancouver. She grew up in North Vancouver. On Feb. 26, 1972 she married Ken Bisgard, her sister's brother-in-law. Their marriage was one of happiness and friendship. They lived in North Vancouver, Vancouver, Aldergrove, B.C. and Abbotsford. They enjoyed outdoor activities and camping at Anaheim Lake. She loved to sing and play the piano. She came to a time when she discovered a personal relationship with Jesus. Her Bible reveals special interest in Ps. 91, Is. 41, stories of Jesus' ministry and passages about understanding the Word and will of God. She was a great inspiration to her friends and her care group at Central Heights Church in Abbotsford where she was a member. She is survived by her husband; daughters Nicole and Caitlin; sons Eric and Shamus; parents; sister Leslie and brother Allan. The funeral was Feb. 22 in Central Heights Church, with Al McVety ministering.
