(01/09/02) BERKEFELD _ George Martin, on Saturday, January 5, 2002 in Delta. George was born in Germany, January 17, 1904. He was predeceased by his loving wife Elsie and son-in-law Ray LaFreniere. He is survived by sons Rolf (Karol), Eric (Anne); daughters Karen LaFreniere, Diana (Randy) Wylie; 10 grandchildren, Grant, Debbie, Renae, Marty, Tara, Erika, Jeff, Chris, Lauren, Erin and 4 great grandchildren, Erik, Darla, Reagan and Jenna.
George was a loving husband, father and grandfather and he will be dearly missed by all. Special thanks to all staff and friends at Northcrest Care Center for the wonderful care that our Dad received over the last 8 years. A memorial service will be held at Northcrest Care Center, 6771 120th Street (Scott Road), North Delta on Tuesday, January 15th at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House. We miss you a lot Dad.
