Funeral services for 88-year-old Nettie Adrian, Butterfield, were held at the First Mennonite church, Mt. Lake, Oct. 31. She and her husband, John J. Adrian, farmed north of Butterfield for 30 years until they moved to Butterfield in 1951. He died in 1960. Mrs. Adrian had been active in the Mt. Lake Harmonica Band, the Butterfield Garden Club and mission society. She is survived by three sons, one daughter, 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and one sister.
