Most of the material in this subseries came from the General Conference vault on 4 Dec 1990. The various correspondence and "numbered letter" files apparently were once organized alphabetically, but seem to be rather jumbled now. They also probably contain quite a bit of duplication. The originals of this correspondence may really belong in the series MLA.I.A.1 under the appropriate date range.

These files apparently came out of the MLA vertical file at some time in the past. They need to be sorted out into some logical order. There are probably many items here that can be transferred elsewhere: correspondence, minutes, the unpublished manuscripts file, etc. jdt 10june1994

These series are miscellaneous groups of records that were apparently found at various times in the General Conference offices and sent to the archives. It is not clear how and why each series fits together.

5 These copies are handwritten into 27 composition books. This includes correspondence among board members, from the board to missionaries, and from missionaries to the board. This all ought to be calendared sometime and compared to the originals in MLA.I.A.1.
